We offer the following service plans to meet your company's needs:
Emergency Service: Standard Hourly rate is $125 per hour.
Basic Service: A set discounted hourly labor rate of $75 per hour. On-site technician within 48 hours.
Basic Plus: A set discounted hourly labor rate of $99 per hour. On-site technician within 24 hours.
Silver Service: One scheduled visit per month, allocating 2 hours per visit. Each hour after the first 2 prepaid hours will be at a discounted rate of $99 per hour. If additional visits are needed they will be billed at the discounted rate of $75 per hour. ($198 billed monthly for the Silver Service)
Gold Service: Two scheduled visits per month, allocating 2 hours per visit. Each hour after the first 2 will be at a discounted rate of $99 per hour. Emergency response time within 24 hours. If additional visits are needed they will be billed the discounted rate of $75 per hour. ($396 billed monthly for the Gold Service).
Emerald Service: Four scheduled visits per month, allocating 2 hours per visit. Each hour after the first 2 prepaid hours is discounted to $75 per hour. Emergency response time within 8 hours. If additional visits are needed they will be billed the discounted rate of $99 per hour will be billed. ($792 billed monthly for the Emerald Service).
Platinum Service: Unlimited visits and 10 hours prepaid per month. Response time within 8 business hours. Each additional hour is discounted to $75 per hour. ($990 billed monthly) Savings of over $250!!

Every night, your critical files are gathered up, compressed, and encrypted with your secret password that only you know. The files are transmitted to our secure, off-site data storage facility. You keep the encrypted password. Your files cannot be seen or accessed by anyone in any way except you!
